I was lucky enough to get to play with the Nokia Music Express 5800 at the Symbian Partners Event. It’s a nice little device. In this video, I go through some of the menus, and check out the different standby screens. This is the first three minutes I’ve spent with S60 v5. It was totally intuitive (for a S60 user).

How did it feel in your hands, quality, cheap, solid, heavy?

Quality is good! It's solid but light-weight. The finish on the back is a bit “rubbery”, and the hardwarelock key is in a good spot on the side of the device.
I like the little “ramp” on the back of the N97 the best. It makes the N97 quite nice to hold. Kinda like the E71 is flat and square on the bottom of the back.

Excellent. I could be tempted to get this instead of the N97, as the N97 is supposed to retail for €990 here in Finland, which is a little shocking.

For sure, it won't be cheap. Plus, your N82 should keep you happy for the next seven months while we're waiting! I almost wish I didn't know about new devices sometimes. It makes it painful! : )

Checkout my other reply regarding my Nokia's. Yes, the N82 will come in great for Christmas photos of our daughter opening her presents, plus far more too of course.
