New Release : Nokia Photos for PC
I was poking around the Flickr/Nokia page, trying to see if I can upload videos directly to Flickr’s new video service, and I happened on a link to Nokia Photos. This Windows app will makes it easy to transfer and organize your images and videos from your Nokia device.
On the PC, the media files are organized in a timline, which also includes your messages. From there you can upload your images to (predictibly) Flickr, Vox or Ovi. You can also order prints from a XpressPrint, although the US isn’t on the supported countries list. The message integration, integrated uploads, and integrated print ordering are interesting. Those features might make it a compelling choice over Picasa from Google. I’ll use it for a few days, and post a longer report on how I like it.
