    Re: consistency. the problems AT&T are a good point, Matt, but the problem with that example is that the iPhone is from AT&T, as well. I think and the app Store are what they've done really well.

    I honestly don't know what Nokia should do in the US for more recognition: cater to carriers' modifications or be strong and have fewer devices on the shelves. I think a hybrid model where lots of upfront modification is performed but the ovi store is left intact w/ ability to purchase/install would be a good start.
